Info wanted-Volvo(Albin) 2cyl sidevalve petrol engine

I am helping a pal restore a SCOD fitted with a Volvo-Penta (Albin?) 2 cyl sidevalve petrol engine with magneto ignition. I am not familiar with the magneto so if anyone can assist with magneto tech info, or any other info on this engine, we will be really grateful. Any relevant web links also most welcome. We want to keep the original engine if at all possible.

If you mean the MB2, often called the "Honda-on-a-stik" I have one complete, it came out of a boat running. Want to but it, cheap, for spares? Its lived indoors since it was removed...
