Info re lift out please

I plan to start South soon from Ireland after a winter here. We are in no hurry, so from Waterford to the Scillys (for a pint with Pete), then Cameret. Has anyone any recommendations re a suitable/cheap/convenient yard where I can lift out to do the bottom and paint topsides etc, in French Biscay or North Spain? Must be able to do the work myself and stay aboard while out. I know from Coruna West and South, but it,s a long time since I was in S Brittany and N Spain. All suggestions gratefully received. It's possible to dry out against the wall on the slipway at Moulin Blanc Brest and work or was a couple of years ago, they also have a cranage which will be reasonable but I don't know how much.
Certainly cheaper than Plymouth, today I recieved my invoice £164 for one hour in the slings and hire of a pressure washer.
