5 hp Displacement speed easy enough in most weather...

Boat 300 quid? Outboard depends on condition....

If you want that type of boat she looks good to me...

I have tried google but i found no results. It is actually a crescent 400.

This is the problem... It is a crescent 400 which shows no results on google, i suppose they are pretty similar boats. From that website i assume they are a Scandinavian firm?
