Info/location on this boat greatly appreciated

Hi all!

I'm looking for any info I can on the below boat. I owned her a for sometime a few years ago, never really found out much.

Regrettably had to sell her due to lack of use and now desperately trying to find out what I can, or maybe where she is now as would love to buy her back!

Looks like a bit like Bonito Falcon to me, I used to own one, bought it at Conwy and then bought two Samurai V8 diesels and fitted them, we will leave that there.

theres one with 2 v8 diesels sunk on the river severn in feb.. twas lifted at my marina and dissapeared on the back of a truck last month.

I've read a few different stories about these sinking, that's how I ended up buying mine.

The rubber gaitors on the gearshift cable's split and the hole where they go through the stern is inches from the waterline, all it takes is a hard rain that the pumps don't cope with quick enough and they're under the waterline, then it's minutes til she's under.

I bought mine after this had happened, previous owner never worked out what the problem was (neither did I) until I had to get on her at 3am and start bailing like a mad man to save her!

I really want another, project preferred, any chance of finding out what happened to that one?

I measured the engine space up on my last one and worked out you could get some mighty big engines in there and am thinking of a rather silly project!

well I dont want to go into too much detail, they were supposed to be reconditioned and they were supposed to fit to the existing bell housing.

coastal rides have just sold one of these, its still on the website, I remember seeing that one advertised as having V8 diesels and was sunk in fresh water

Mine was on 290 legs. I think they were sold as hull only for home finish?
