I remember from a previous thread that Bravo were a good option.

Should I get a 220/240v one or a 12v one - will always have the boat available with generator and inverters.

The best mains pump I can find value wise is the 220-500. Seems to be the same price as the 12v ones, though makes no mention of a pressure setting which is selectable.

I had the same dilemma - ended up buying a 12v Bravo (with set able pressure dial) that will do up to 15psi. Then bought a small 12v battery (off a mobility scooter). This allows us to inflate the tender and toys (standup paddle board) even when away from the boat. Then recharge the battery every couple of weeks. Copied this setup off someone I met in Salcombe a few years ago on a Targa 43. Have to say it is a really good, flexible setup that works really well. Even the kids can manage it all unsupervised !!
Only bit of manual pumping necessary is to get the SUP to 25psi - could have bought a Bravo pump capable of higher pressure, but heard lots of stories of the pumps packing up with the higher pressures.
Would go with this setup again.

I have a 12V Bravo SuperTurbo and a 240V Bravo 2000. The 2000 will inflate a 7.8m RIB in about 5 mins - the air gets hot though so pressure drops slightly afterwards. The 12V needs at least a 15A 12v cigarette socket if you plan on using that and the cable isn't very long. Great pumps though for tenders and RIBs - overkill for inflatable toys.

I've just bought, but not yet used, the Bravo 1000 (230v mains) euro plug version from a Dutch web business for 170 euros. Best price I could find. My lightweight tender only needs .25 bar so I'm really hoping it won't require any additional manual pumping - hmmm let's see.
