Dont no about the Compas range but I recenntly got a Wetline 240 from <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.discountsailing.com>Here </A> excelent quality excelent price and really excelent service. May be worth a look.

Ive had a little Compass for about ten years now,only had one repair and that was my fault !

Which Compass dinghies are you refering to? Those sold by Compass Watersports the large mail order company or those manufactured by Compass "Inflatables"? ?. I've a friend with an old model from the latter and it has lasted well.

I am not 100% certain, but is it not a case that most of the lower cost inflatables come from the same factory with different brand names on them? I am sure a supplier told me that some time ago when I was in the market for one.
