Indoor outdoor Rugs and mats

Hi,

Hope this finds everyone well,,

On some of my swimming trips, I find my self needing to enter the saloon area to get something from the kitchen or going to the toilet. Problem is most of the time my clothes and feet are wet, which mean the saloon carpet might get unpleasant smell over a period of time.

Just wondering what do you guys thoughts about outdoor mats and saloon rugs that can help to eliminate any the problem.

Turtle mats work for me but I don't have a saloon carpet. Still like to keep the floor dry as it can slippery when wet (as they say!).

We have turtle mats as well but any washable door mat will do I think places like Tesco sell them in the houseware dept or Dunhelm mill etc
