On mine Fisher 34 there is a black plate with white insciprition.
OFF No 390110
Reg Tons 8 37/100
What is meaning off this information?
Is the Off No to find somewhere by official instance?

It's a Part 1 Registration Number. Off is Official Number in the registry of British Shipping. I guess it's lapsed otherwise when you bought the boat you would ahve recieved either the blue book showing all the registered owners (now obsolete) or the latest laminated card. The registered tonnage is nothing to do with the displacement of the craft but the way that all vessels are 'sized' for their cargo carrying capacity. Mine is registerd at 4.24 Registered Tonnage (there are deductions for chart space and 'space required for propelling power' and things)
