All of a sudden after over 20 years without an issue my old depth gauge is playing up. It takes ages to register a depth - the colon keeps flashing. Now it's started buzzing constantly.
I didn't get an instruction manual when I bought the boat and can't find anything on the internet.
I'm starting to think it's time to give up but cash is in short supply so it might be a bit of string with a fishing weight on the end.
Any ideas will be very gratefully received.

I too am having issues with mine.... I am looking for a pin out on the DIN connector going to the back of the gauge? Mine was shorted in the connector. Since the connetor was molded to the wires in taking it apart to find the loose connection I had issues and now can't figure out the correct wiring of all the pins. I am not sure what the extra pig tail is for? I don't use it so I don't really care... i just need to figure out the correct pins for power and ground.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Incastec Log

I have a "installation and operation" guide for the "Incastec" depth log and Speedometer . I think you have to check the Oil level in the depth guage . The guide only shows the cables between the display module and the trasducer , also a green and yellow wire to a buzzer .. If you let me have an email address i will try and send you a copy of the guide..
