Surprised this has not already been mentioned on here, or have I missed it?
Anyway I acquired a copy and it is well up to his standard. Many cite Maurice Griffiths books as an inspiration, and they are, but they are "historic" to me; a time I do not have experience of. But "Sailing Just for Fun" is my "Swatchways" book. It is relevent to me and echoes some of my experiences.
Anyway "In Shoal Waters" is a worthy sequel(?) although I did think when I first started reading it that it was just a re-hash. It isn't.
Well worth acquiring. In fact recommended.
