Imray Tides Planner date limit

I have this app on an iPhone and iPad. I’ve paid my subscription for 2024 but it will only show tides up to 7 days ahead. I’ve used this app for years with no problem and always been able to see the data for the whole calendar year. But not now. Anyone else using it had the same issue?

That usually happens if you have not paid for the current year, are you sure you have completed the process ?
You should get an email from Apple to show it as a new purchase.

Whoah really? I paid £6.99 so I guess that’s the weak view rate. Thanks I’ll go and look

After some phone updates, indeed. And Apple have just done one.

I had the same problem. I e-mailed Imray and it is a known issue. They sent me a voucher code for 2025 data which after downloading fixed the problem
