Importing Yacht to Europe via Azores - VAT Increase

For those of you considering this route, I have just been advised that the VAT rate in the Azores (Portugal) has gone from 13% to 15% as of the 1st July.

I managed to import before this date thankfully but it may have an impact on the budgets of those that are thinking of doing this, or are enroute!
