Hi. My Colvic's standing rigging is 1/4 inch (imperial). I'm wanting to replace the wire but I have imperial stalock fittings. I can't get imperial wire anywhere in the UK. I've looked at the US but the shipping costs are prohibitive. Is there any way I can use metric wire ie 6mm with the imperial fittings? Has anyone any experience in doing so?
