I still have 24inch meteor hatches with 4inch corner radii.
The 600mm metric hatches available are not a good replacement
especially if the coach roof is curved. I don't want to jigsaw the deck.
Imperial hatches are still available in the US but I haven't found a source
yet. Has anybody else managed it?

I lost one of my old hatches overboard in a blow off Barry - bloody nightmare in that really vicious wind over tide chop they get round there! The local boat yard fixed me a hardwood one which was OK but made the boat dark. I couldnt get a new one anything like so made one from 12 mm polycarbonate. This is very strong and has worked well for a long time. I have also built in a solar panel for trick charging the battery.

If you cannot buy one make one

Have a look at Westmarine at http://www.sailnet.com/ but a bit more pricey.

Why do you need a new hatch? Is it because yours is cracked or crazed?? If so, you could always do what I did two years ago, and have it reglazed. There are a number of companies who do this, and I sent my old Lewmar badly crazed hatch to Eagle Boat Windows http://www.seamasterclub.org/pages/links/traderspages/eaglewindows.html - (up in Yorkshire I think, but they advertise in PBO). They did an excellent job of it for about £150, and are the RNLI window repair/replacement company.

regards,
Philip
