I\'m worried about Tome

Now he's 50, it would appear that not only is his short vision disappearing but he's getting to be a bit grumpy and he's playing with toys, goodness only know what he'll be like in 10 years time when he's 60!

What you young whippersnappers dont realise is that when we get to 50 the grumpy gene kicks in and we get surly. Just you wait!!

The dormant one, yes. Of course the female variant is present from birth and can kick in and out at any moment throughout life. Usually triggered by apparent shortages of essentials like 40th pair of shoes, 96th handbag or finding out they have maxed out on their credit card again.

But only seems to be carried by the male of the species

It's a well known fact that wimmin dissipate their grumpiness throughout their lives at regular lunar intervals, whereas we remain cheerful until 50.

Your post has irritated the hell out of me.

No that would have been "irrigated the smell out of me " rather than "irritated the hell out of me. "
