They fit them on Boston Whalers, had one for a year or two, excellent bit of kit, usually fitted with a cushioned waterproof seat. Also have a drain. I recently picked up a 72 litre Igloo which is surplus to requirements. Give me a PM if you're interested.

OK, I may be turning sad as I picked up the deals for Lidl (that store I was on about in confession thread) that start this Thursday, they are selling a large 40ltr capacity 12v Electric coolbox with additional external fan to ensure fast and uniform cooling. It is a powerful maintenance free cooler with a 20o Cbelow ambient temp. It is (cm) 52 x 40 x 45 and is large enough to hold a crate of beer or several 2Ltr drink bottles. It also has a water drainage plug and is easy to clesn. It is High tech isotitan foam insulation, extra light and durable. 3 yr guarantee, comes with a free adapter for 240v to ciggie adaption (female on adapter to fot male from coolbox) ONLY £69.99

Guess where I will be on Thursday /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Thanks for that, your discovery of the Lidl Chandlery Dept could save us all a lot of money. Not looking for a powered coolbox however, the Igloo Marine claim to be superbly insulated and I just want it to keep the fridge free of bulky bottles.

We are getting sad aren't we, discussing things like this!! - We'll be exchanging knitting patterns next :)

What do you think I am a bl**dy Chandler /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif Look it is very, very light, made from that well known high tech isotitan foam. I bought one from halfords that can get hot or cold depending on what setting you put it on, we use the adapter to get it cool in the house before filling it and then the Merc has a socket in the estate boot bit so keeps things cool, but it is quite small inside, this is a monster and will be ideal, I will run it off the generator or my battery booster ciggie outlet socket.

How much do you charge for your advertising service, and do you do software? I reckon you'd probably get a bigger audience than the marketing firm I use, and probably cheaper too! /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif
