If you had £30-40,000 and wanted something to take you out in a F8-9 or more, safely, and bring you back, could take a knock down or two, what would you buy?

Not going round the whole way yet but might do!

I'm quite happy with my Fulmar.Tough as nails now that the bugs were corrected.I'll take her anywhere.

Sadler 34 83~84 vintage - foam filled "dead spaces" - "unsinkable" Had the money, bought one, been out in 8+ without major problem except swmbo complaining of feeling a little sick!. Not broached yet but a friend who has owned a couple S 34s assures me they take a lot to put them on their side and even then self right quickly.

Wonder if swmbo will let me try next weekend??
