If you like mussels then try Dielette, Normandy.

The cafe on the quay just above the ferry landing. Cheap, and plentiful. Limited menu, but the French only go there for the moules anyway. It is very popular with the locals.

Also, try the shellfish reseller on the far side of the car park behind the cafe. In an industrial unit looking building. Excellent for live shellfish to take aboard and cook.

Dielette mussels

This cafe 'made' our visit to Dielette. Enormous portion and they even offered us a top up of more. We preferred it to the posher restaurant also next to the marina.
