FWIW I reckon it's a clever superimposition.
If you stop it as the young man appears to be eaten, there's a black seal-like shape to the right. The sequence is from that Attenborough series - Blue Planet ? Also , the guy shows no startle reaction as the orca lunges at him.
Quite frightening though, and I can see why Youtube has blocked it.

Blues not the problem here its the lack of red stuff in the surf, Its not Moby Dick so could not swallow him whole.
