You can get a multi key thing from most chandlers, that should have what you need to open it, if not a pair of long nosy pliers can work.
Oh yes, they are labelled
The only slight problem I have is that I don't have anything to open them with and fairly soon I am going to have to put some fuel in her for her first trip. The caps have a thin slot with two rounded small holes at each end. An American boat. Any idea what I need to open them?

I had that problem. I use one of these here bike multispanners with a short wire looped around my wrist - just in case...
