Identity cards again - for 11 yr olds

Birmingham is introducing photo identity for kids sitting their 11+ . This is so big brother can't take the exam in their place.

The reason for this : there have been four cases of suspected stolen identity - in the last 15 years - on investigation none was substantiated..!

my dad was on an exmining board and they hauled up a candidate whose exam answers included large chunks of text - even entire pages- direct from the textbooks. Under stricter conditions, the guy had to resit the exam - and produced the same again!
