identifying engine

first, sorry to make my first post a question, but can anyone tell me the year of this engine? please, honda 15 hp only number on it, 1102349, need it for insurance, just bought the boat, hence this question as my first post,,cheers ted

Sorry, you are not getting much help from the forum. Most unusual.

How old is your boat? Would that be an indication?

Have you tried calling Honda Service? Google Honda UK, and you should find a linkl somewhere.
