ID this charger

Can anyone identify this battery charger? I'm in the process of rethinking the charging on my boat, and would like to find a manual for this one.
Sorry it's not a great picture, but the boat's 4 hours away and this is the only shot I have:

Looks like an early ProMariner charger, also badged as a Sterling charger in some markets.

Looks like this one, but without the fan unless it's hidden behind that pipe:

The absence of an obvious fan was why I suggested it might be an early one.
