ICOM M502 - Help!

Desperately seeking Command Mic plug/connector replacement. Fitted in the cockpit but has been knackered by rough weather and unmitigated bashing with safety lines and harnesses. Have tried on line but only get replacement microphones and/or main units.
I'm hoping it is a generic type of connector as the M502 is now obsolete.
Any ideas?

Have you tried actually phoning the service dept at Icom UK. They have always been extremely helpful in my experience. (01227) 741741

You could just buy a generic plug and socket, looks 8 pin form the manual. Or get replacement leads from Icom, PM me if you would like me to ask for a price etc.

They should be available. My 603 came with spare plugs.

They are available from ICOM service as spares. I had an ICOM 502 on last boat, super radio. Put extension leads up to flybridge no problem. Give the UK service a call. BTW, The 502 was the US version of the 503, but they were the same radio with the same connections.
