Icom M323G radio

It's a new offering from Icom with built in GPS, any one bought one or have any comments re. Icom products in general? Standard Horizon also do a similar one with built in GPS. Any comments on whether the internal GPS will work if the radio is located down below?

I have had an Icom 505 and one of their handhelds for some years and I have been very pleased with the quality and performance. I cannot comment on SH, but it's clear from the comments on the forum that it is also excellent kit.

I've just fitted a SH GX2200 down below in a Sadler 34. Fix achieved out of the box within 30 seconds and no sign of it losing signal. Impressed.
