Ice Prince debris still in Solent?

Weather permitting we are planning a day in the Solent tomorrow possibly ending up in Lymington. Has anyone been out there recently or know if any of that timber from the Ice Prince is still around?

Apprently it has mostly washed ashore now but it would be good to know if there are any large rafts of it still out there!

No expert but I expect there will be planks of wood from this floating around for some months to come. Hopfully the bigger bits will be picked up before too long. I would suggest that you keep a sharp eye but enjoy your sail.

We were out Sunday..............

And there wasnt even 1 plank from portsmouth to cowes and back again
Not many boats out I counted 3 all day wasnt cold either
Had 10.5 kts sog coming back from cowes in 30 knt winds gusting 35
Great fun C u out there were the boat with the hugh Pirate flag on it

I spend most days on the water in the Solent, None realy seen in the Solent most went roound the back of the Island and ended up in Sussex

There must be some more
