The RYA offers the ICC in the USA through a few approved examiners.
I know that American citizens are eligible - indeed, they are the intended audience. The USA is not a signatory of the convention that establishes the ICC, and therefore no American organization can offer it.
But what about a British citizen who is resident in the USA?
Would they have to return to Britain to get the ICC?
