ICC mayday

Need some help.
One of my regular double handed race crew, who would walk a YM offshore tomorrow needs an ICC in a hurry.
Is there any instructor out there who can do him an assessment/day skipper v quickly. I can provide a boat for him to be assessed on etc.

No need for Day Skipper (which I can't see anybody doing "very quickly") - you can do a half-day assessment for an ICC directly.

My parents did it a couple of years ago with some outfit in Lymington - afraid I don't know the name though.
