Hi all,

Well the rear vice admiral (Mrs Jim) was insistent that we have our 2 weeks holiday in the sunshine this year. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif Despite my offer of 14 night on the Solent. It seems she would prefer a full size bed, restaurant and guarenteed sunshine. ODD.

At this point I'm not considering divorce.

So in a few days time it's 2 weeks in Ibiza.

But how can I survive. No boat to visit... no forum access!!

I have sorted several good books to read and the kids aren't coming with us.

Any suggestions on how to get the odd fix.

Regards to all.

Jim

Take the ferry from Ibeza town to Formenterra and hire a small mob from the place on the otherside of the square, get the 360hp one is worth a laugh or two:D

I believe that the procedure for a holiday in Ibiza is:-

(i) Upon arriving go out partying for 2-3 days solid.
(ii) After this you may sleep, but only during the day.
(iii) when you wake up eat something for the first time since you arrived.
(iv) Having established a reverse sleeping pattern, go out all night/morning and sleep in the afternoon until it's time to go out again. Repeat this until the holiday ends.
(v) Return home more tired than when you left, completely unaware of how beautiful the island is and without any coherent memories of the trip.

Theres plenty of internet cafes and you can go down the marinas and drool over the boats, that should be an adequate fix, after all it's only two weeks! Where are you going?

Jim. Subtle hints might work. Print off as many A4 pics of Bluey as you can and leave them all over the hotel room and let her find you on odd occasions gazing lovingly at one of them. Dont forget to stick one on the ceiling over the bed!. Who knows!!. Oh sorry, I expect you do this at home!. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
