i want to go sailing this weekend

According to the forecast there is no wind and the EA guy says he cant open fulney lock for me so im stuffed

what have the rest og you got planned? anyone need a crew member?

We told dad not to worry about coming down from Holt Saturday to sail with us because of the lack of wind.

Even Sunday is looking a little limp.

But no doubt come monday back at work the winds will pick up again !!

Today was fab /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif up at Brancaster and was going to sail again tommorow but busted rudder cheak plates has put paid to that but there is always next weekend if you still "lock" bound /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

well swimbo came home on friday and took one look at my face,she said"im not going to put up with that" so she persuaded me to trailer the boat down to wells and launch her,so i did.

Had a good two-three hours on saturday,i was getting 2-3 knots in a 3-4 wind with my new spinny,wind died after a few hours so i dropped the iron genny in and wizzed back.

it looked good today at around 10am so out i went into a fog bank,tried to launch the spin but the rigging was all tangled,so i headed back in.

I was outside Brancaster on saturday,so if you saw a little boat with a wapping great red white and blue spinny,that was me

There wasn't much wind forecast down this way but as soon as it warms up you get the sea breeze set in and off you go /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
