I need new windows and frames made...

...and after a year or so of searching, still have not found the ideal thing.

So, anyone have any idea where I can have some aluminium frames made to my template that includes some curves, and smallish (76mm) radii in the "corners" as well as some tinted windows (preferably Lexan) made up?

I second Talbot, I had the front saloon windows made by Houdini, 13 yrs ago with to date no problems.
 
What about Rhigo - they make the double glazed units on our Elling (as well as the portholes). I believe they will make custom sizes - see here. Worth a shot..

I had some windows made up by them a few years ago to cardboard templates and the were great. Not the quickest but good price.

know someone who undercuts the market, low overheads, word of mouth advertising, v good quality finish, good service, small company. pm for phone number, essex based but will travel tro measure or work from templates.
 
Just taken delivery of a complete set of windows for a Birchy 25 , and less than a grand for the lot , excellent quality but they don't advertise as marine , which keeps the price down , it's a local company so it depends on how much you want to save , let me know if you want a phone number , but M&R Glazing get my vote
