Occassional hostess, deckhand and boat scrubber. Excellent cook, 27, Coastal Skipper and Powerboat Level 2.
If anyone knows of anyone looking for occassional of the above please let me know as my normal boat is leaving the country for 6 months to escape the VAT man....
Am tall and blonde and will consider most jobs......if that helps.....

We on Doris always need a good scrubber thoughout the cold months!! If you have been well trained to dufour the boys so much the better!

Nab Tower

Appears I have a position on a yot sometime this month sailing to the Nab Tower and back in a race? Dont know where this Nab Tower thingy is but think skipper has sailed to Cowes and back a couple of times from Gosport so his nav must be ok. .....

I think Im'e in love!!!!!!!!!!!! better get a boat before someone snaps you up, sold the house waiting for me dosh, need someone taller than me to reach the high thingy's Im'e short bald and fat, normaly get the bilge job's, got a good road atlas will I do????????????? I pays good money!!!!!!!

Deck scrubber needed for boat in aegean later this year, teak decks and grubby marina, so actual hard work. Although this thread seems to have ended up more like a personal column.

Doing what in Barcelona?!! Strange you should mention there really - going to be there first weekend in October. Recommend anything worth seeing or doing?

Barcelona things to do

Apart from the usual stuff about Las Ramblas and all of the Gaudi architecture go and have a look at the royal boatyard. It is situated at the bottom of Las Ramblas and is the most exquisite museum/bit of maritime history I have has the pleasure to see. It is all set in the high vaulted Royal Boatyard which as a building is pretty good, let alone the exhibits which are excellent as well.

There's always the harbour and ocean village, the cable car, the Olympic swimming pool, the restaurants, the old market, etc if you get bored.
