and as such the weekend of fri 17th - sun 19th is reserved for the aforementioned.

Iv'e had a chat and ordered decent weather, and the Poole - Wareham boats have been laid up for the winter.... speed limit in the harbour relaxed and the Italian on the quay has been warned!!

any of you lot fancy it?

Well yes that's exactly what I ordered, but my version is up in North Wales. And in an hour or so time I will be watching my daughter rowing on the river Dee in Chester whilst enjoying a Kronebourg.

Enjoy your weekend :)

Urm yah, I'll go for a pint, won't be taking the boat though, not this time. Not worried when it is, just give me 3 hours notice. Oh they've got Bohemian Rhapsody back in. Only two barrels though, they've more on order.

Laurel and I will try and make it. Will come up by boat if weather and tides half ok, and book the night in the Black Bear. May not reach Warham until mid afternoon, Saturday.

Re: Obvious answer

The Best Man is already in hospital. I think SWMBO would flip with two us in there.

Have already tried - but no go.

That's no excuse. I was supposed to be getting married 15th March but we had the big Mecury meet, so I cancelled it. Get your priorities straight, and start the way you mean to continue, or she'll walk all over you for the rest of your life /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Quite right, Brendan, if Steve fancies a pint, that takes precedent over anything else.

Got to let these women know where they stand. There, wise words from a divorced bloke!

Duncan is off on the raggie Cherbourg trip this weekend, so I am expecting a good write up!! (hint Duncan! gotta keep Haydn happy or goes off on one every now and then)

I've booked a room for the night in the Black Bear, past the time of year for staying on board.

Was at Wareham Quay yesterday so walked up to the Black B. Got rammed by a b**dy great Aqua Bell whilst moored on the quay, so got to put some bits of gel coat back, no poblem for next weeknd though. Tides good, and long range weather is promising.

see you saturday. steve.
