I can’t identify my boat manufacturer!

Hi all. I have recently purchased a Dutch steel riverboat with a deep fin keel. It looks like a Linssen but they have said it’s not one of theirs. I’m trying to identify manufacturer. All I have is a number that has been created with weld located at the foot of the fuel tank 460190 and some pictures. It’s 100% Dutch as all control dials are in Dutch as are the porthole and window etchings. Where do I go to get info? There is no hull number, previous owner has no clue.

Nice looking boat, can't help with manufacturer. There are some very skilful self builders in Netherlands, may be a home completion on a factory hull?
Obviously a motor yacht at deck level, but looks like she was designed for sailing with that keel.
