Yes.... that is part of the plan..... though how many kilos I need to buy to equal 100m of 16mm anchorplait is a bit of a guesswork job!.... it'll be a 3 man job to carry it back!...... The chap sold ours by the meter.
2€/m if I remenber correctly.
I think that was for 12 or 14mm.

And thats the main reason i've haven't decided for sure yet.... if the 16mm is say 2.5€/m, with the current exchange rate, its only £100 more to buy 60m of 10mm chain.....

Its a tough decision!

You won't need much chain in the scillies... You will need to be able to take the ground though to get into the best places. There's loads of hard sand in the area, so the bruce seems to be what most use down there
