Hydraulic Steering Oil

Hi I have a Vetus hydraulic steering system that takes ISO22 mineral steering oil. I want to flush and bleed my system, is it worth paying Vetus £17 per litre for their oil ?

Doesn't have to be Vetus, any oil of the correct spec is fine, for instance:

Hynautic Oil / Boat Steering Fluid / Hydraulic Oil
