Hydra 330 Does it require a FFD unit?

Hi
Does the Hydra 330 require a FFD unit in the system to function like the 2000 does? or are the displays badges 'Hydra 330' FFD's in fact. Have looked on the B & G site but don't find reference to the Hydra 330 anywhere !

I don't fully undestand your query. My Hydra system started off as a 330 but has subsequently been upograded to a Hydra 2 and beyond. At least one FFD is required in the system: I am not aware that it can be interfaced with other displays. The manuals for Hydra 2, which is in most respects the same system, can be still to my knowledge be downloaded off the B&G web-site.

What I wanted to know was if the display units that are badged 'Hydra 330' were FFD, and if indeed a 330 system required the inclusion of a FFD as the other Hydra systems do. The B&G site doesn't mention the 330 at all. At least having spent over an hour trawling through the various manuals I could not find reference to it. And sadly the site has no 'search' facility either.
