Hurth Gearbox Problems

Our Hurth gearbox on a Thornycroft T90 has given up forward drive.

The drive ratio looks to be 1.85:1.

As they are no longer made, any suggestions for repair or replacement or alternative brands, and what ratios would be acceptable with my existing prop?

I had a Hurth rebuilt by TW Marine in Derbyshire. Very helpful.

I believe that some of the ZF gearboxes are essentially re-badged Hurth and depending on which Hurth, may be a one for one swop.
