Hurricanes

With record temperatures being broken in many countries this summer I am surprised that no Hurricane warning has been listed yet. I may cross to the Caribbean this year so I am watching the situation closely. Anyone else on here thinking of crossing this year. I normally consider late November to be safe and danger zone is well known. Hope it stays that way.

The guy quoted in that article, Dr. Jeff Masters, knows as much about hurricanes as just about anyone. A former rider in the Hurricane Hunter aircraft, he writes a lot on this site:
