Great little yacht indeed (also biassed). Be carefull with buying one without mast support in cabin. Almost all of them need this after many years of service.
There are a few with an inboard engine out there, much more comfortable to use, although maintenance can be a hassle. Good luck with your quest. Can't help you there as I live in Holland.

Why restrict your search to the Plymouth area ? Some have trailers and they are all quite easy to transport, so you could choose a good one.
