Hurley 22 mast length.

Do all Hurley 22s have if same mast length. If so can anyone give me the measurement.

Hi Kintail, I measured the mast of my 1983 H22R last spring and found the length to be 860cm. The mast is by Colin Curtis Yacht Spars.

I seem to recall that there were a limited number built with a taller rig for an Atlantic race (called 22S, perhaps?) The standard model was also built by several other builders after Hurley folded, so I would not be surprised if there were not some variations in these.

I seem to recall the 22R was one of these uprated specials; I'm sure the association have the answer.

I thought the Hurley 22R was a the version built by Ravensail, one of the last builders. IIRC it had a different internal layout (3 berths and an enclosed heads?).

From the owners site the following info which is close to Steves measurement. 28ft converts to 853cm
