Hunter Duette: sleeve for outboard well.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? Has anyone successfully built one? I believe the Sonata uses a similar well: perhaps one of those would fit.

Only the Mk 2 Sonata had such a well. But there were only about 10 (iirc) built before the hull and deck moulds were used for the Duette.

Creating a new insert using your boat as the mould shouldn't be beyond the skills of a decent GRP boatyard worker.
