Hunter 23\' - PVC cabin lining coming adrift

My Hunter 23' has a PVC lining to the ceiling of the cabin. This lining is tucked between the long perspex windows that are screwed externally both port and starboard and the cabin surface.

Well that was the case - for now, slowly, the PVC is pulling away from the windows and nothing I seem to do is correcting a fairly unsightly problem.

Any ideas? Presumably new windows and seals are out of the question.

Remove the windows and re - glue the lining. If I remember correctly, the lining has to be in place before installing the windows as the lining is actually glued to the outside of the boat. the seal is then placed over the top and the windows replaced. It isn't a difficult job. I don't know what the seal is made from or who supplies it other than it comes in rolls about the same width as the windows.
