I know this forum has I wide readership and I hope some one from Oz can help me out.
I ordered a ultrasonic antifoul device from these guys on the 28th Feb but I have not recieved in and they haven't replied to my emails!
Are they still trading? I just want to make sure before I talk to the credit crd company which could create them issus in the future

I can accept that but why would not reply to my emails ? Or telephone call?

Possiblity, but the guy I'm talking to is the CEO and as a CEO myself, I still watch for emails whilst self isolating and going through cancer treatment . These are tuff times and every bit of business is vital to keep your employees fed and watered.

Today, I finally got an email from the guy!
