Hull insulation

Just completed renovating my V-berth and chain locker.
Rebuilt the housing round the chain locker and painted the hull with some grey Ann Bolin.....
Its looking really good, I now want to insulate the hull to help prevent condensation, I have bought some 10mm foam from Caly marina, They use it on there cruisers and tell me it will make a big differance.
Whats kind of glue should i use and do i just spot glue it to the hull or 100%. any other advice would be greatly recieved.

Contact the company you bought it off, cos we don't know what adverse effect some adhesives might have on your insulation material.

Probably impact adhesive but check first

Foam back carpet is extremely effecitve in areas that are not prone to bilge water. Glue on with vinyl flooring adhesive which is not solvent based and pleasant to use.
