Speak to Josh Major at SYH, he uses a local guy to do them. I inspected one a couple of weeks that he's done, was a superb finish

Alan Wyatt does this around various marinas in the area, 07823 693 417 No personal experience or connection, but i will be getting him to do mine next year.

My friend in Brightlingsea does this and the finish is excellent, he has a travel hoist in the yard so removal is easy.

Had mine slurry blasted 3 years ago at Granary Yacht Harbour, £400 for a big boned 34 footer.

And I was quoted £1k last month to do a 41.

£400 sounds more of a ball park figure, £1k seems a bit steep to me.

Jim Lee of NuBlast is the man. He is mobile and attends to many of the local blasting jobs around Ipswich, either contact him direct or via your marina. I'm not connected to him in anyway but know of his work and would recommend.

Foxes have a blast area so I guess they must do it?
