I replaced the anodes yesterday.... They were unworn thanks to the 4 coats of anti foul that they were coated with!
Mind you, they would not have done a lot if they had been clean... Judging by their weight ( 4 Kg) they were zinc ( for seawater). The new magnesium anodes only weigh1.3 Kg. The boat has always been used in fresh water.
They are identical sizes, and both are MG Duff.
Moving inside, the bonding wires were only secured with one nut on the port anode instead of 2 so the connection was loose. On the starboard side they were "secured" by a washer and some electrical tape because the mounting stud is covered in excess resin.....
Very much unimpressed by so-called Professional Marine Engineers!
