this image was copied from the book I am reading about East Coast sailing during the 1890's
The blokes who sailed these little dinghies were called Hufflers
they helps the barge people to lower masts and get through locks
the Mizzen is mounted on the rudder stock
H Lewis Jones says that the little dinghies could turn on a sixpence
I cannot quite get my head around how they would handle
