HPYC Spring Series

Is anyone that is a regular reader of this site involved in the Spring Series of Haven Ports Yacht Club (HPYC, Levington Marina nr Ipswich) this coming Sunday? If so I am on Cosmic Dancer and so will see you there!!

Used to be a member of your lot till I fell of my bike..
Dave, my eldest lad, used to play for them in their balmy days (80's)
Good to find another person who mixes the best two sports..
Rugby in the winter and Sailing in the summer... Both require responsibility to our fellow team members..
Don't forget plan A Get in front and sit on the sods!!
May all your winds in 2004 be just abaft the beam!!! ( which won't help plan A !!)

Hi Bob

I am a frustrated West countryman (Bath born and Wiltshire bred) who happens to find himself living in Ipswich! Which means I don't to the Rec anywhere as near as often as I'd like, oh to live in that neck of the woods again!

I've never done much sailing in the south (only been going about 4 years) bar a couple of courses. The racing here is good and competitive but the scenery not so good!! (And its bloody cold of course!)
