Certainly I would dib anyone, including on here, to the border force and public health England whom I thought were breaking the quarantine as they are threatening others with their action.

even if that person returns from Balearics/Canaries where cases per 100k are a little over half that of the uk? Far greater risk to visit Leicester than say Palma.

Except nobody visits Leicester. We have many English towns who have been in self isolation for decades
